Yes. With a French bachelor's degree, you can be eligible to apply for a Post-Study Work Permit (APS – Autorisation Provisoire de Séjour) for 24 months. It enables you to remain in France, work, or seek employment. Once you are employed, you can switch to a long-term EU Blue Card, which will grant you the right to work in numerous EU nations.
